Using Coordinates to Search and Create Waypoints on gaiagps.com

This article will show you how to zoom to a location on the map by searching for coordinates on gaiagps.com, and how to quickly create a waypoint from known coordinates.

Search supports the following coordinate formats:

• (note: make sure to remove spaces when using MGRS coordinates)

To search using coordinates:

1. Type or paste your coordinates into the search bar.
2. Click the search results to be taken to their location. If you don't see results in the dropdown, check above to make sure you have formatted them correctly.
   
   
   
   
3. The location will be marked on the map and the sidebar will open. Click Save Waypoint in the sidebar.
