You can import WMS data into Gaia GPS using a combination of QGIS and Mapbox Studio by following these steps:
First, covert the WMS (GeoJSON) file to a shapefile using QGIS:

In ArcGIS, select the WMS format and then use the Query
feature to export a GeoJSON -
Export as a GeoJSON with these settings using “Query (GET)“:

WHERE: Sub_Zone >0

Geometry Type: Envelope

Out Fields: *

Format: GeoJSON

Open GeoJSON in QGIS and export as an ESRI Shapefile

Open the file with QGIS

Save each layer in QGIS as a shapefile by right-clicking on one of the layers and selecting "Save As"

Name the shapefile:

Compress the 5-6 files produced by QGIS (.shp, .qpj, .prj, .dbf, .cpg, & .shx) into a zipped folder.

Then, import the shapefile into Mapbox Studio by following these steps:
