Cancel your Gaia GPS Premium Trial Auto-Conversion
Follow the instructions below based on how you originally purchased your membership:
- To check where you originally purchased your subscription visit the My Subscriptions page.
If you have a membership from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and you would like to cancel your auto-converting trial, please follow these steps:
Note: A free trial subscription via GooglePlay or the Apple store will auto-convert into an annually renewing paid subscription. If you do not want to convert into a paid subscription after the trial period, you MUST cancel your subscription before the auto-conversion date or you will be charged.
Canceling your subscription will stop it from auto-renewing. You will still have access to your trial membership through the remainder of the trial period.
Accessing a Gaia GPS Premium Trial
If you are a paid Gaia GPS Premium or Gaia GPS Premium with Outside+ member, you will not be eligible for a Gaia GPS Premium trial through iOS or Android.
If you previously had a Gaia GPS Premium membership but are no longer a member, you will be able to access the Gaia GPS Premium trial through the iOS or Android apps. You will be auto-converted into an annually renewing Gaia GPS Premium subscription unless you cancel your subscription prior to the auto-conversion date.
If you have a free Gaia GPS account and are interested in trying our Gaia GPS Premium features free-of-charge, please contact us directly here for a trial.
