Outside+ and Gaia GPS

Gaia GPS is now a part of the Outside family of products, which includes Backpacker, Climbing, SKI, RUN, Triathlete, Velo, Yoga Journal, and other leading active living brands.

How to Login

• If you have an Outside account and never had a Gaia GPS account, sign in to Gaia GPS with your Outside account. You will need to log into gaiagps.com with your Outside credentials before logging into the Gaia GPS app. 
• If you only have a Gaia GPS account, you will now need to sign to Outside using your Gaia GPS email and password. Your Outside and Gaia GPS credentials should be the same. 
• If you have both an Outside account and a Gaia GPS account, use your Outside account email and password.

If you have already purchased Outside+ but do not see your benefits in Gaia GPS, please contact us here. 

What if I bought an Outside+ subscription and already have a Gaia GPS subscription?

1. Cancel your previous subscription so that it doesn't auto-renew by following the steps in this article: How do I cancel my subscription?

2. If you bought a Gaia GPS subscription after buying an Outside+ subscription, contact us here for help with a refund.
