This article will give you information about how to cancel or change your Gaia GPS membership.
Cancel Auto-renewal
Follow the instructions below based on how you originally purchased your membership:
- To check where you originally purchased your subscription visit the My Subscriptions page.
If you have a membership from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and you would like to cancel, please follow these steps:
If you have a Gaia GPS membership purchased on gaiagps.com and you would like to cancel it, you can do so by clicking the "Cancel" button from your subscriptions page here:
Note: A free trial subscription via GooglePlay or the Apple store will auto-convert into an annually renewing paid subscription. If you do not want to convert into a paid subscription after the trial period, you MUST cancel your subscription before the auto-conversion date or you will be charged.
Canceling your subscription will stop it from auto-renewing. You will still have access to your membership through the remainder of the payment period.
If you have cancelled the auto-renewal of your Gaia GPS Premium with Outside+ membership in order to purchase a stand-alone Gaia GPS Premium membership, we advise waiting until your current membership runs out before purchasing the stand-alone membership.
Requesting Immediate Cancellation
If you have a membership from the Apple App Store and you would like to request an immediate cancellation following a purchase or renewal, you will have to contact the Apple support team directly. We do not have the ability to provide immediate cancellations or refunds for any purchases made via the Apple App store.
If you have a Gaia GPS membership purchased on gaiagps.com or on the GooglePlay Store and you would like to request an immediate cancellation following a purchase or renewal, please contact our support team here.
If you choose to cancel your membership immediately, you will not have access to your membership through the remainder of the payment period. Your membership will be cancelled immediately.

If you have a Premium with Outside+ membership and would like a Premium stand-alone membership, please follow the instructions below based on how you originally purchased your membership:

If you have a membership from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you will need to cancel the auto-renewal of your current membership by following the relevant steps here:
If you have a Gaia GPS with Outside+ membership purchased on gaiagps.com, you will need to cancel the auto-renewal of your current Premium membership by clicking the "Cancel" button from your subscriptions page here:
Once you have cancelled the auto-renewal of your current Premium with Outside+ membership, you can purchase the stand-alone Gaia GPS Premium membership here.
Note: Depending on when your membership renewed or is set to renew, you may have two memberships running at the same time. The link above should provide you a discount for the stand-alone Gaia GPS Premium membership. If your membership recently renewed, please see above instructions for immediate cancellation of your Premium with Outside+ membership.
If you have cancelled the auto-renewal of your Gaia GPS Premium with Outside+ membership, we advise waiting until your current membership runs out before purchasing the stand-alone Gaia GPS Premium membership.
