How do I update my payment method?

This article will give you information about how to update your payment method for your Gaia GPS Premium or Gaia GPS with Outside+ subscription. 

Update Your Payment Method 

Follow the instructions below based on how you originally purchased your membership:

• To check where you originally purchased your subscription visit the My Subscriptions page.

If you have a membership from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and you would like to update your payment method, please follow these steps: 

• Google Play Store
• Apple App Store

If you have a Gaia GPS membership purchased on gaiagps.com and you would like to update your payment method, you can do so by clicking "Update Credit Card" button from your subscriptions page: 

Note: If you do not have an active subscription, you will not see the option to 'Update Credit Card.' You will have to reactivate your subscription in order to update your payment method. 

We do not have the functionality built in to inform a user of the last 4 digits on the credit card they used last on gaiagps.com. To request this information, you can contact our support team here. If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Pay Store, you can view your payment information on your device.
