If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, and it isn't displaying in the app, this article will show you how to restore your subscription. You can add your subscription to multiple devices by using these same steps from a new device.
In the app, follow these steps:
- Open Gaia GPS > Settings > Account. Your email will be listed under "Account". If your email is not listed, tap "Log in."
- Once logged in, tap the "Restore Purchases" button and follow the prompts if they're given.
You should now see your subscription listed under "Subscription".
