This article will show you how to crop the start and finish of a recorded track. This is most helpful if you've forgotten to stop recording after finishing a hike.
1. Choose the track from your Saved list
2. On the track details page, tap the pencil icon and select 'crop track'
Note: From the action menu, you can also select to Duplicate the track. This is helpful in preserving the original track in case any mistakes are made during cropping, as saving a cropped track is permanent
3. To adjust the start and end positions of your track, slide right or left with the toggles on the bottom of the screen.
The graph that appears between the "Start" and "End" toggles shows your elevation change over distance.
4. Tap on the scissors icon to save your changes, or cancel to abort.
