How do you download the route from Gaia to a Garmin device?

To add your Gaia GPS routes to your Garmin, you will want to select the GPX option when exporting. Then follow the steps for your specific Garmin device to import GPX files.

When downloading the file and converting to .csv or plain-text, is there a way to get the time-stamps associated with each coordinate?

    Thanks for posting.

I recommend using GPSBabel to convert your GPX or KML downloads from gaiagps.com to a csv which will also preserve the timestamps. However, tracks are the only data that will have a timestamp.

When I download the file in .csv, it only has the beginning and end times, overall stats, and the GPS coordinates along the track.

I use the app when I work out, so it'd be nice to figure out my distance splits so I can study my performance when I do intervals or want to track performance changes over time and distance.  I see speed listed at different points on the graphs generated by Gaia under "stats," but is there a way I can access that data myself?  I'd rather not have to create a new track every time I just want a split.

Thanks for getting back to me so fast!  The GPSBabel app was helpful too!
