Adding Collaborators to a Folder
1. Tap a folder from the Saved menu to open the details page.
2. Tap "Share."
3. Tap "Add Collaborators" and enter the email(s) you want to share with. Select the appropriate choice for "Edit" or "View."
Note: If you give a user "Edit" access, they can add other items to the folder. They can edit the path of routes and change the location of waypoints. They can also delete items.
However, only the creator of the folder can add other users and change edit/view permissions.
4. Tap Send to send the invite(s). You will see an "Invite Sent" notification. Tap "Cancel" to return to the folder-sharing screen. Tap Done to return to the Saved menu.
5. To see the contents of the folder, the invitee will need to accept the folder invitation. The easiest way to do this is to follow the steps in the invitation email they received. They can also sync their device and they will see an invitation in the Saved menu. Click the checkmark to accept the invitation.
Note: If you are the owner of the shared folder and you toggle Mobile Sync OFF for the folder, it will turn off Mobile Sync for anyone you shared the folder with.
