2. Download the new app for free from the App Store. Click this link from your device, or search Gaia GPS in the App Store to download.

Troubleshooting
Gaia GPS Classic reports 'Sync Incomplete' when trying to back up data
Sync is no longer supported in the Classic version of the app. If you are experiencing an issue syncing data from Gaia GPS Classic, you can manually transfer your tracks, routes, and waypoints.
- You can export your data with these steps: Export Tracks, Routes and Waypoints to GPX or KML
- Then, import it to the website: Import GPX, KML, KMZ, GeoJSON, or FIT Files on gaiagps.com
- Next, install the new version of the app: http://gaiagps.com/download-app-redirect
- Finally, sync the new app: Backup, Sync, and Transfer Your Data
Please note that the new app has a gold border around the app on your home screen, the Classic version does not have a gold border.
