Report an Issue in the iOS App
If you are experiencing an issue with the app, or suspect you are experiencing a bug, you can report the issue in the iOS app by following these steps:
- In the Gaia GPS app, Tap Settings > Contact Support > Choose a topic
- Describe your issue with step-by-step instructions to reproduce the bug in the simplest possible way, starting with "open the app", etc.
- Tell us what device (iPhone/iPad) you are using.
- If you can, tell us what version of iOS you are on and what generation your device is.
- If the app crashes, please send your device logs by toggling on the Send device logs toggle.
- Upload any relevant screenshots.
- Tap Contact Support to submit your support request.
How to Take a Screenshot in the App
For certain issues, it may be helpful to send a screenshot.
