Track visibility on Apple Watch

Hi.  

A loaded track is marked "Visible on Main Map." Track can be seen on map on iphone.  Track is not shown on map on apple watch.  

How can track be made visible on watch?  I would like to be able to follow a track without having to look at phone.

  Hi,

  If you select "Guide Me" for the track, it will show on the Apple Watch.
