Not Happy, (LOTS) of data lost
I accidentally deleted a root folder (EU) on my iPad that had many sub-folders (EU countries), out of maybe 15 subfolders each with many sub-sub folders and several thousand waypoints.
I tried following the guide to unarchive guide (here)
https://help.gaiagps.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004157214-Archiving-and-Unarchiving-Data
I was left with around 30 Waypoints when I tried to un-archive (sync). Weeks of work (GPX transfers) lost.
I get the impression that this un-archive method does not work with Folders.
I know it was my fault for being stupid enough to delete a route (master) folder but maybe I was tired and I thought I was only deleting an unwanted route. Can’t even remember it there was a warning like “Are you sure you want to delete”, but even if there was I thought I was only deleting one file, so perhaps I had let my guard down.
Anyway I was so annoyed that I immediately cancelled my Pro subscription. Pity as I really love the app and its maps, but the systems are not secure enough for my liking as I had already suffered from sync issues (which I must admit seem to have been fixed).
So I will just go back to the free version when my subscription runs out and be happy with just using the default topo map.

Hi Anton,
Sorry for the trouble. I see a couple of archived folders on your account with EU in the title.
Please visit www.gaiagps.com/datasummary/folders and follow these steps to unarchive them: Archiving, Unarchiving, and Recovering Lost Data
