    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble.

    I assure you we've received all your messages. Most recently, I see one from Sunday and one from yesterday you sent from the Help widget in the Help Center. I'm concerned that you're not hearing from us because we have responded to every one of your requests. However, it looks like we haven't received a reply from you since 2019.

    Can you check your spam or junk folder for our emails? You should see an email titled "RE: [the subject of your message]" from I'm happy to respond to you via different email if you prefer. Just let me know. I'm happy to send along all our replies to your previous questions too.  

    Also, Premium Members can call Support any time from the app by opening Gaia GPS and going to Settings > Help > Call Gaia GPS.

    Thanks Kristen, and my apologies for venting my frustration. Your response has triggered my complete review of all my spam/junk email settings. Havent found anything yet but I have now opened a ticket with my email provider.
