    I'm sorry you are having trouble recording a track. This can happen when your phone is not getting a strong enough GPS signal to record a track.

    You can follow these steps to view the strength of your GPS signal.


    To improve your GPS signal, try:
    1. Set your location service to Device/GPS only mode
    2. Move to an area with a clear view of the sky
    3. Restart your phone.

    If you are still having trouble, can you send a screenshot of your GPS status to support?  Click Submit Request above to send the image.

    That did the trick. Thank you so much. I am doing a lot of hiking next week and am looking forward to giving it a try.

    FYI - the "You can follow these steps to view the strength of your GPS signal." link seems to be broken.
