How do I create a route / track from a series of saved waypoints?

  @olesensa
  You can create a route based on your saved waypoints by:
  1. Toggle on the My Waypoints overlays (iOS/Android/gaiagps.com) to display your waypoints on the main map
  2. Use the Create Route (iOS/Android/gaiagps.com) option to plot a route along the waypoints
