How do I move my gaia tracks on my iPhone to a memory card?

Based on your subject, it sounds like you want to take what you have from GAIA and put it on a Garmin? If that is the case, you need to export the files from GAIA and then import into Garmin. You could do this best via the web version of GAIA which is synced with your iPhone. First, on your iPhone make sure your phone has synced.
