Hey all! Thanks for reaching out to support about this.

We got a hotfix implemented this morning and the web uploader should be operating normally now.

If you have any issues, please let us know asap.

And, @corey, just so you know, you can crop a track next time you accidentally forget to stop recording when you drive off.

AND we just snuck a feature in to the latest iOS update (iOS release 2021.2) that helps with this exact problem.

Drive off detection - Get notified if you drive away while recording a track. Gaia GPS will also automatically select the driving segment to make it easy to trim off in the track editor.

Import seems to be broken generally.

Oh no. Thanks for confirming bobpalin... I just recently bought the pro subscription as I have a lot of hikes and trails recorded and ready to upload.... If the import doesn't get fixed soon, the product isn't a lot of value to me.

Same problem in that I cannot import .kmz or .kml files; it just spins and spins ...

Same problem for me.  Can't upload / import gpx files, edited or not.  Import is broken.

am able to "import" from trailsoffroad.com, which has a direct import to gaiagps button.

    Hope it gets fixed soon!

I just started using the import feature this week 2/22/21 and it was working fine.  Then Wed (2/24) it stopped working.  I submitted a help ticket this am.  Hopefully someone will address this

The fix Gaia made worked for me. I can now upload tracks on the web. Thanks!

Thanks Chris for the fix and I'll check out the trim feature in the app. Very useful, glad I'm not the only one. :-)
