GPS returning bad coordinates
Hi all,
New user here on iOS. Twice I have been in remote rafting trips in Alaska (Bristol Bay region) and received the message "GPS is returning bad coordinates." There have been no peaks or valleys which would affect reception and other GPS units in the group worked. Is this a setting issue? Suggestions?

Same issue on backcountry hunting trip. Resets etc don’t fix it. Also not a signal issue. Same iPhone has no issue dropping waypoints with ONX hunt app. My buddy’s 90’s etrex also had no issue. This is a Gaia issue. Preparing for next hunt and it’s showing that same error and again onX app no issue. Don’t want to purchase onX (currently only have free version) but at this point Gaia is useless to me.

Hi Clay,
I'm sorry you're having trouble getting a GPS signal.
Can you check to make sure you've enabled location services for Gaia GPS? Here's how you can do that: https://help.gaiagps.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003525427
If that doesn't help, do you mind sending logs to support? Go to Settings > Other > Send Logs and mention my name in the message so it gets routed back to me.
