how to get deleted track maps back???

I accidently deleted two track maps.  How I get them back?????

  I'm sorry to hear about your tracks and I noticed you also sent an email. It looks like Chris has responded to your questions and is following up with you on the issue.
  
  For future reference: if the data was synced to your account on gaiagps.com before the deletion, follow these steps to restore the data in the app: Archiving and Unarchiving Data.
