Saved item "Show on Map" behaviour

When I select a saved item like a track or route and then select "Show on Map", it doesn't show on the map unless I have the map overlay Tracks or Routes, etc. enabled. But when I enable that, the single track or route I wanted to see gets lost in the absolute clutter of other routes or tracks in the area. Can't I just see the one track or route without also seeing all the other routes or tracks that are in the area?

  It's not possible to show just one item on the map on Android right now without hiding all the other items individually.  Here's how to hide other items: Show or Hide Saved Data on the Map in the App
