    It sounds like Gaia GPS is having trouble recognizing your internet connection even though your iPhone is online. First, try closing the app completely and reopening it, or restart your iPhone to refresh network settings. Make sure Gaia GPS has permission to use cellular data and Wi-Fi in your iPhone settings. Sometimes switching off Wi-Fi and using cellular data temporarily can trigger a successful sync. Avoid logging out since it will delete local data.
