How do I get help?????
My app will not open on my phone. I get the opening topo image, then the map field goes blank and it freezes. It was doing it intermittently, but now it won't work at all. I've submitted a help request but I've had no response, and I've sent multiple feedback messages from the pop-up that comes several minutes after it freezes. I'm paying for premium, and starting to get a bit upset that I can't get any response or help from Gaia. Seems to be no problems taking my money, however. Device is a Samsung S9. Any ideas?
