I'd like to request better elevation stats displayed when view track stats on the iOS app. In particular:
1) Min and Max elevation reached during the trip
2) Cumulative elevation logged during the trip. This in addition to the min/max difference you currently show.
Note that you have five lines for displaying speeds: Average, Moving, Max, Current, and Pace. These are interesting for trail running, cycling, or drag racing. However they are not much use for hiking with a pack in the mountains where those don't change a whole lot.
But elevation changes really matter a lot in that situation.
You already have all the data at hand, since you can draw an elevation profile graph. Trying to determine a accurate min and max from the graph is darn near impossible. And it is impossible to determine cumulative gain and loss. But you guys can display or compute that with relative ease.
View Ranger has these stats and when I hike with my friend I'm tempted to change apps for them, so please consider adding them.
