    Hi there, I'm sorry you are having trouble viewing your saved data on all of your devices. Can you check you are logged into your account with your email address in the app?

    • Open Gaia GPS > Settings > your email will be listed under "Account & Subscription".
    • If not, tap Account & Subscription> Account> Log in> Have an Account? Sign in.

    Once logged in, your account will start syncing your saved tracks/routes. The date/time will appear next to 'Last Sync' when finished.

    If this does not work, please click Submit Request above and we can take a closer look at your account.
