How to set Activity default such as Hiking

Hello,

Is there a way to set a default activity?

I almost always use Gaia GPS for hiking and I have to select the Hiking activity each time. Nor does it seem to remember my last selection, which would be just as helpful.

I searched settings but could not find this feature. I searched the help pages and this forum and could not find anything relevant.

  Sorry, it's not currently possible to set a default Activity for tracks.
