How to get real-time guidance for recorded track
I've been grappling with this for a long time. It's a simple question.
I have recorded hikes (tracks). Weeks later I want to use my recordings to retrace my steps. I open the saved track. Click on it and am asked if I want to see it as Preview or on Full Map. When I choose Preview I can see my recorded hike but can't get the real-time arrow to guide me through. If I choose Full Map I get the arrow but not my recorded hike, just the general area I'm in. What the heck am I doing wrong? I think I've watched every video.

I'm not seeing what you're seeing is this on gaiagps.com Android or iOS
what I do is I go to the beginning of the track with my location enabled and just follow the track
I guess you could create a route by tracing it then navigate that route as far as I know there's no way to create a route from track
