uploading kml files

so i have have uploaded the same kml file several times over the last few months to gaia.  and it keeps saying they are going to email me when it is complete.  The problem is, i am not recieving any emails from them about this.  I really need to use this kml file it has alot of info on it that i need. can someone help me? whats the problem?

  Ben,

  There was an issue with your account that I think could have caused a problem (there were two accounts for you with the same email address).

  I fixed this on my end, can you try importing the file again?

  Also, if you have any trouble syncing, or finding account data, click 'Submit a request' above to send me an email and I will give you instructions on what to do next.
