Where can I see what the sounding depth units are for the NOAA charts?

  I have just verified that for at least one area (Hood Canal) the NOAA soundings are in meters. I’d hope that all the tiles are in the same units but I’m not sure if that’s guaranteed to be true.

  What I did is compare a NOAA chart PDF that has units listed to the Gaia GPS NOAA layer for the same area.
