Add route details/options when printing maps;

When viewing a route's details, we can see important information, such as total distance, elevation profile, etc.  It would be great to have the option to print these on the map, and even better if we could have the option to include the full details on a second page and print the map two-sided.

What I would like:  

Add option to include route details when printing:

• Total distance
• Elevation profile
• Ascent/descent totals
• Min/max elevation (and auto-mark their points on the map)
• Marked waypoints
