Highlighting Track in IOS app

I recently moved from Android to iPhone. One thing I noticed with the Android version is that if I tap on a track, it highlights the track so it is distinct and easy to make out from the other tracks. However, I'm noticing on the IOS version of the GAIA app if I tap on a track on the map, it does not highlight it, so you don't get a nice visual indication of here's the track clicked on.  Am I missing something, maybe some setting on the IOS version I need to enable?

  Did you ever find a solution to this? I recently switched to iPhone from Samsung and am experiencing the same issue...
