Sync Alters Route… Help

New user.  My process below:

Create Route on my laptop (Win10)
Manually sync on my iPad
Post sync the final Third of the route moves to another road\trail

Delete route on laptop
Create new route
Manually sync with iPad
Final Third of route switches to a different road\trail (not the same rando road\trail it chose post sync the initial attempt)

Rinse and repeat with same result.

After many attempts, I tried syncing to my iPhone…
Same result.  Route switches to random roads I did not select.

Basically the sync has never worked properly.
It’s a simple route.  With Three waypoints.

Haven’t even tried downloading any maps yet because the app can’t be bothered to sync a route.

Any ideas?  Need help post haste.
