Canadian Trails source?

I am using BRMB Canada Trails as my basemap for hiking. I do not find many reviews or trail descriptions. Is there a better source? If I make my reviews and descriptions public, do they show up only with the basemap? AllTrails seems to have more Canadian content, or at least I can find it easily.
