GAIA GPS - ONLINE - EXPORT ROUTE/TRACK

I've created a route using GAIA GPS ONLINE. How do I export that so I can import it into my Android phone GAIA app?

  I found the export of a saved item. Can I export a folder with all the saved items (way points)??

  OK ... I went to my Android app and the route (with way points) I created on the GAIA GPS web page was viewed on my phone!!!

  Could some one give insight into how this happened?

  Need to learn a lot more about the APP..
