Move photo to folder

Obviously Gaia does not embrace pc's.  Many times enough to make your head explode trying to organize stuff in a pc.  With that how do I..

1) Know where my photo resides?  You click on a photo and there is nothing  to tell you what if any folder it resides in.

2) How to move a photo into a specific folder?  There is a "add to folder" but then I will have duplicate photos all over.

Remember this is on a pc, NOT in a ois platform.
