Lock Course Mode up - Default

Id like to see the ability to have GAIA maps to have a toggle to default all times, Course Mode Up.

  Yes! You try to see what lies ahead and get turned profoundly the wrong way, not realizing that simply touching the screen has turned off Course Mode.
