"follow me" auto tracking zoom? Similar to stand alone GPS functionality

I like to keep Gaia open while I'm out riding around/driving in areas where I have multiple way points or tracks/routes. The only issue I have is I constantly have to touch my screen and move the map so my location marker is in view. On my Garmin GPS it auto zooms or follows me and moves the map around as my location moves so my location marker (arrow, truck, bike, whatever you select as your icon) is always in the center of the screen. 

Can gaia do something similar?
