Cannot save a route that I edit.
Hello,
I have a partially completed route that I am working on. When I go back to the saved route, open it in edit mode, and add a few more way points then save it, it will not save the new waypoints I've added to the existing route.
Its a long 7500km journey which I am planning in stages so cannot plot the whole thing in one go. Why cant I save new additions to the existing route ?

I tried the above solutions and nothing works. This is ridiculous. I love GAIA and the functions of the premium membership, however, i guess it's time to move on to another mapping service.

David, try adding one more way point to the end of your route right before you save it. That's what got it to work for me.

Waypoint isn't the right word, route-point? Lol you know what I mean.

Moving the end point at the end of the edit worked for me too. Also keep an eye on the 'distance' and 'elevation' stats as you make the edit. If those numbers have not changed when you move the end point, I don't think it will save the edits. Pretty annoying bug.

The problem still persist. Should be priority one issue in the list.
Hours of work is lost everyday because of that.Another workaround I found is following:
If the route is not updating its distance, check which exactly was the last SAVED route-point (check the route distance to find out).
Take that route-point and just move it to a different place. Save.
