No trails found

I am wanting to compare Gaia against AllTrails. The first thing I have noticed, is that in AllTrails it shows 86 trails in the immediate vicinity of Brisbane City, Qld Australia. But Gaia shows 6 and none of them closer than 40kms away. My location settings in the phone are correct. Is this normal for Gaia?
