cache not clearing

    I've got 18GB !   "Cleared"  it multiple times, over several days,  with no effect.

    No response from Support ticket in days.

    I've read I need to delete the app and reload it all???

    Anyone have any info on this issue?

    I have deleted the downloaded maps, cleared the cache from the app, done the Offload and Reinstall app from the Settings and the tile cache is still there.

    Has this been resolved? From all my research this appears to have been identified years ago and no solution besides deleting the app and reinstalling and hoping everything reloads. It’s ridiculous if this hasn’t had a developer fix this. I’ve used Gaia religiously for almost 10yrs. To put this issue into perspective, my map Tile Cache is 184GB. Yes, 184. I ended up buying a new phone last year thinking it was a phone issue. I regularly have the app crash and I suspect it’s because this large cache. I’ve tried hiring the “clear cache” no less than 100 times to no reduction is size. Any recommendations or help would be appreciated. Phone is an iPhone XS. Thanks

    I’m also having issues cleaning the cache. I’m pretty sure that when I download maps (pre trip) and then Delete the downloaded maps (post trip) they get moved to the Tile cache. Once they are in the Tile cache, the Clear Cache button doesn’t work for those tiles.

    Does the support team or devs monitor these posts?
