Feature Request: Improve the Management of Maps on gaiagps.com, iOS & Android

As a heavy Gaia user for 5 years, I've built up about 40GB of multi-layer maps all over the West. Managing them has become an enormous hassle. I repeatedly get failures to sync all my maps when I get a new device (iOS and Android).

Managing all the maps I have is inconsistent across gaiagps.com, Android and iOS and among them all there's no good way to visualize the maps you've created. I'd like to be able to visualize them all on the web and be able to easily discern what layers I've used in each map. I'd then like to be able to add or subtract layers to a map I've already created.

For instance. A single map I've created has 7 layers. There's nothing showing me what each layer is, and even clicking into each link there's no information about what the layer is.
