    I am extremely surprised this isn’t already a thing. It should take a number heading, or optionally use the device compass.

    Just tried to find it in Gaia and amazed it’s not there. It seems like such a basic piece of info, and so many people would love to have it. (Meanwhile, Avenza’s app does offer this.)

    Agree, bearing lines and range rings are critical features.  I'd suggest a few design features:

    • Ability to drop multiple lines/circles (critical for compass work)
    • Ability to drag a line without changing the length/bearing (e.g. for plotting a running fix or using a parallel index)
    • Bonus (less critical): ability to anchor these to one's current position, e.g. a roving range ring or bearing line.
