Change border color of custom icon pins.

Currently it seems like custom icon pins are only outlined in teal by default and can't be changed. I use a lot of custom icon pins and it's difficult to quickly distinguish them all since they're all outlined in the same teal color. For instance in one use case, I have a bunch of planned campsite pins on a trip (using the tent icon), and planned resupply pins for the trip (using the building icon). However seeing them all jumbled together in teal outlines is hard to notice the difference. More a usability request than a feature request.
