Unable To Login After Reinstalling Gaia

I use Gaia on both my phone and my tablet.  I was not able to remove saved maps I was no longer using (read many threads...and I am a long-time Gaia user).  I had also deleted the maps from my .com account.  So I deleted the app, stripped all Gaia files from the phone and tablet and reinstalled.

The phone opened the app and while the login screen looked different, it did provide a space for my email and password.  It opened and went to work uploading the only maps I had turned ON on my .com website.  However, the tablet opens with a screen that says:

OUTSIDE
Gaia GPS is now a part of theh Outside family.  Members of the Outside can use their existing account info to log in with Gaia GPS.

It did have a space for my email, which entered, hit next, Done and now it is just sitting there showing the same screen with email address on it.  Uninstalled and reinstalled twice.  Still doing the same thing.

I need some help to sort this one out!
