When will a folder shared as public show up to other users ?

I have created a folder “Russell Crag” as public, but other users cannot see it.

Is there a period of time or review to wait before Gaia will update with this info ?

Also followed “View and Add Public Tracks to your Account” , my tracks did not turn green.

  A shared folder invitation should be sent instantaneously.
  
  Can you verify you correctly followed the steps in this article to share the folder?

  • Using Shared Folders in iOS

  
  Be sure to confirm that the other users also accepted the invitation via email.
  
  When you turn on the public tracks overlay, only the public tracks show as green. Your tracks will stay the same color. If you still don't see any public tracks in the area in which you are looking, it may be that there aren't any public tracks there.  In that case, you can try zooming out to view another area.
