BP

hi all. i'm a new gaia user and notice that many, but not all of the trails in the tahoe area have the notation "BP" on the gaia topo map. but this is not on the legend, and a quick search of the knowledge base doesn't mention it. so what does it mean? thanks in advance, i suspect i'll be slapping my head when someone tells me an answer that should have been obvious to me. ;)
