When viewing the GAIA satellite with labels layer online with PC I can see jeep trials that do not show up on the downloaded version?

  To clarify, download onto Android phone. Download to Android tablet shows detail of minor national forest roads, location is Arizona, Android phone does not.

  It sounds like you might have some old map tiles on your phone.
  
  Here are the steps for updating your downloaded maps.
  
  1. From the app, remove the Satellite with Labels map source.
  
  Android: Layers menu > Add map layers > Satellite > Satellite with Labels > Toggle off.
  
  This will remove any downloaded maps with this source from your device, but they will be archived on the website. You will need to unarchive them (step 3 below), but you won't need to go through the process of selecting a download area again.
  
  2. In the Gaia GPS app, tap Settings>Storage>Clear Cache.
  
  3. Head to the website and unarchive the maps deleted from your device: Archiving, Unarchiving, and Recovering Lost Data
  
  4. Sync your device by tapping Settings > Account > Last Sync. You will see a spinning icon. Once the sync is finished, it will display the current time.
