Sync is stuck "In progress" is downloading but not uploading.

Android 10 Lenovo tablet.

I created some way points on the website and they synced down. Way points I created on the tablet will not sync up. Sync has been "In progress" for over 4 hours.  Does anyone have any ideas other than deleting the account and losing all the way points I have created on my tablet?
