Not all pictures showing up on route :(

    Sorry for the trouble. This sounds like it could be related to a bug where photos in landscape orientation were not attached to the track.

    Until this bug is fixed, if you rotate the phone back to portrait before pressing the OK button in the camera app, it will save the photo correctly.

    Unfortunately, there's not a bulk option for saving photos to get them into Google Photos, sorry about that.

    We will email you as soon as we have a fix for this bug.

    We have emailed you directly to troubleshoot this issue further.
